As the gully descends, you ascend. It's a gradual climb into the treetops and through them.

This walk IS one of the most fascinating and enjoyable for people of all ages. The air is always so clean and fresh.
The ascent and descent are easy and shaded, walking through the trunks of the trees and into the upper canopy is amazing. It is an amazing opportunity to be with the trees in their environment far above us in the sky.
It's a masterpiece as far as architecture goes too. The framework allows a very holistic view of the surroundings. We were able to see Mount Frankland in the distance during our last visit - a beautiful clear winter's day! Kids LOVE it here! They are immersed in nature and find it hard to sustain a lasting connection with their technology at this height coupled with the awe inspiring view!
Kids run, without trepidation, up, down and around the metal staircase that leads high up into and through the trees.
Kids always enjoy looking down through the holes in the steel pathway below a palpitating perspective from some of our planet's oldest and tallest trees!
Its perfectly safe to move around the staircase and kids can explore the treetop walkway somewhat ahead of you.
You can go round more than once by choosing the return pathway near the way out.
A visitors centre, gift shop and more are located at the centre. An entry fee applies to access the Treetop Walk but the Ancient Empires Walk is free.
